RETURN POLICY - Satisfaction Guaranteed!

If you are not completely satisfied with our product upon receipt, Pets5thAvenue.com will honor a full refund, less original shipping cost, as long as your return is received back to us, in unused and re-saleable condition, within fourteen calendar days of your receipt. Please make sure your return is postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization Number. Packages returned without an RMA# will not be accepted.

Pets5thAvenue.com reserves the right to determine if a product is in used condition.

Items that are non-returnable are as follows:

  • Custom or made to order products
  • Custom Made Pet Apparel
  • Pet Carriers
  • Incorrect Sizes - most can be exchanged
  • Gift Certificates

The Original Shipping Cost will be deducted from your credit. Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense. ("Return shipping" includes Exchanges: Reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to Pets5thAvenue.com or Manufacturer. This includes exchanges due to sizing errors. )

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom or “Made to Order” items cannot be exchanged or returned. This includes personalization of any kind or anything not offered in our boutique by way of design, color, size, etc.

DROP SHIP ITEMS: Items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer are subject to the return policy of each individual manufacturer. If you wish to know a particular return policy for a drop ship item (e.g. bed), please contact us prior to purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are solely responsible for providing Pets5thAvenue.com with the correct measurements by which your item of choice will be crafted. We maintain no responsibility for incorrect measurements or misspelled words provided by the customer. Items made/shipped incorrectly by us, will of course, be replaced at our expense.
