SHIPPING INFORMATION
All products in stock normally ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. We will notify customers if items are on back order. We do not charge credit cards until the day the order actually ships.
Standard Shipping includes UPS Ground, US Priority Mail or US 1st class Mail. Shipping Method is determined by Pets 5th Avenue™ and is solely determined on the best method for each individual order.
All orders placed on-line with a correct email address will receive an automatic order confirmation as well as another email when the order actually ships. Please make sure your email is entered correctly!
